At Physiopod, we may capture photographs or video recordings of patients to document treatment progress (e.g., gait analysis, posture correction) or for educational and promotional purposes on our website and social media.

• Voluntary Consent: We will only use your identifiable images or videos with your express verbal or written consent.

• Purpose: These materials are used to showcase treatment results, educate other patients, or demonstrate our clinical expertise.

• Right to Refuse/Withdraw: You have the absolute right to refuse being filmed or photographed. Even after giving consent, you may ask us to remove your image or video from our website at any time by contacting us. We will delete the media within 72 hours of your request.

2. Anonymization

Whenever possible, we strive to protect your identity by blurring faces or focusing only on the specific body part under treatment (e.g., a knee or shoulder) unless your full appearance is necessary for the demonstration.

3. Data Processing & Security

In compliance with the DPDP Act (2023), all digital media is:

• Stored on secure, encrypted servers.

• Used only for the specific purpose discussed with you.

• Deleted once it is no longer required for the stated purpose.

4. Your Rights as a Data Principal

You have the right to:

1. Access: See what images/videos we have stored of you.

2. Correction: Request that we stop using a specific video or replace it.

3. Erasure: Request permanent deletion of your media from our digital archives.
